The CAMP program epitomizes the uncommon commitment to undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Cruz. The summer internship program enables highly motivated students to conduct original research in laboratories alongside graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and faculty. There they can be involved in the creative processes of truly higher level learning, and they can experience the multiple facets of becoming part of a research family. CAMP students then have the opportunity to present the results of their research at system-wide and national scientific conferences.
